Thinkingbox’s Development Team Capabilities Grow With Nicole Rego’s Promotion to Technical Operations Manager

Toronto, ON — Global creative collective Thinkingbox has promoted Senior Full Stack Developer Nicole Rego to Technical Operations Manager, solidifying their creative technology team across North America.

Rego has been with Thinkingbox since 2016, growing from Full Stack Developer to Senior Full Stack Developer, working on projects like FIGR Inc’s Budtender AR app, Kiehl’s CCDSS immersive website, and the Mazda3 Auto Show activation. She has been a pivotable member of the Toronto team. The first in this role at Thinkingbox, Rego will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technical, organizational processes from start to finish across the company. The goal for Rego is to facilitate knowledge transfer between the development team and, in turn, help the team create a higher standard of work for current and future clients.

Rego hopes to create a “streamline of processes that would allow for a more manageable and sustainable growth for our development team.” Paul Solomon, Chief Technology Officer, explains, “Nicole’s new role directly touches on the finer details of organizing and approaching our projects in the development department.
