Thinkingbox Appoints Scott Hiers to Group Creative Director
LOS ANGELES — May 23, 2023 — Thinkingbox recently appointed Scott Hiers as Group Creative Director of Thinkingbox. Promoting him from Creative Director out of their Los Angeles office.
Hiers joined the Thinkingbox family back in 2020 and quickly became an integral part of elevating the creative capabilities of the collective. He has been instrumental in winning a number of successful partnerships and has been a creative leader on brands such as Codashop, Adobe and Paramount.
“Over the past 2.5 years it’s been great upholding and evolving the taste, culture, and growth of the office here in LA as well as getting dirty with the teams from both coasts.” states Hiers, “I hope to continue to influence our tight-knit, hands-on minded teams, nurturing creatives via experience design process, and continue to be a champion of our brands we partner with every day.”
With a wealth of experience, Hiers has built an impressive professional portfolio that includes Creative Director roles at HAUS and NorthKingdom as well as the post of Digital Design Director at TBWA/Chiat Day LA. In addition to his past positions, he also worked on independent projects. His portfolio and incomparable creative insights have set the groundwork for a successful transition into his new role as Group Creative Director.
As Group Creative Director, Scott will be co-leading the creative team with fellow GCD David Palmer in delivering industry leading creative work. He’ll be responsible for furthering the creative strategy and overall vision for the future of the collective. He will also play an integral role in mentoring and developing the creative team and pushing them to strive for excellence.
